Has the way that Blender handles PSD alphas changed?
So if your store transparency in a solo Alpha channel it is not seen by Blender (discussed here). … For transparency stored in RGB channels (what assume is called Premultiplied) it should work (for bug fixed version).

TIFF alpha channel glows on edges
your TIFF doesn't use Transparency but channel "Alpha" (that is also why option "Save Transparency" is grey when you are saving your TIFF
to avoid the issue copy alpha channel and paste into Mask channel … Then when you save with "Layers", "Save Transparency" is available.
