I would like to know how to create outlines for the objects created in Blender and make sure the outlines actually shows up when the file is exported into DAE format.

  • $\begingroup$ Hello. Could you illustrate a bit more what are outlines here ? If they are meshes, they can be exported in dae. $\endgroup$ – lemon Aug 4 '16 at 17:40

  • $\begingroup$ @lemon freestyle is not the focus of this question but, both are asking how to export a mesh so outlines will show up. $\endgroup$ – David Aug 4 '16 at 20:22

$\begingroup$ @DuarteFarrajotaRamos Thanks for the information. I have figured out how to use the wireframe modifier to add the outline to the mesh object. $\endgroup$ – Jenine Aug 10 '16 at 3:59
