ahhh of course, remesh! Yeh that's easily solved my problem. Some parts of the model have now been left as a void but my 3D software is handling it no problem now and I will be able to tweak to get my print. So obvious when you know how! Thanks :)
riiiight ok, that's great thanks. Yes if I follow your instruction exactly then it works perfectly. I think i was basically converting the grease pencil directly to a mesh. Which would appear to give me what i wanted, but whenever i would go into edit mode it wouldn't give me all the 'mesh' options, it would just give me the same options as grease pencil. Couln't figure it out! great thanks :) I'm not to worried about clean up right now, planning to use this for some 3D printing reasons, so basically just looking to draw a 2D shape then give it some depth so i can print it.
Ok interesting! That solution would be so far ahead of what I would be able to come up with! I will give it a try when i get a chance. Yeh I am kind of aware that this print may end up comically large but am still willing to give it a go. May be funny to roll such a big die haha
Interesting idea about the decimate, I will try that when i get a chance. Depending how uneven the sides are it could still make an interesting solution. Had a look at the link, unfortunately the d100 die in this set is a more traditional 10 sided dice that is used to give the '10s' value when rolling two 10 sided dice (traditional way to give 1 in 100). Thanks for feedback
