I couldn't apply boolean modifiera Boolean Modifier to duplicate linked object and object array. I got this message in both case:

modifier cannot be applied on multi-user data

Any adviceWhy couldn't I apply the Boolean Modifier, and what do I have to do so that I can apply modifiers in scenarios like this?

I triedcouldn't apply boolean modifier to duplicate linked object, and object array I couldn't apply boolean modifier,. I got this message in both case:
