Tool to model Mathematica spikey?

I'm trying to model the Mathematica Spikey (pictured below) for a gift. So far, I have a rhombic hexecontahedron ('rhex') (link is here), as shown below:

Is there a way I can bend the edges of the rhex inward to get the image below? I would like to keep the "spikey" aspect of it. Is there an existing tool to do this? (Pardon my explanation/English)
