How do you have Overlaying an image to censor a face in a png, track another face in the video?

I am trying to make a youtube video and in the part of the video I'm going to have a image of a face on top of my face so I will still haveto preserve my privacy. I tried going frame by frame with a picture that has a transparent background but somehow it didn't work.
