I would usethink you have to combine as many inputs as possible for Noise texture with big scale: window mappingcoordinates, per-object random, object local and very high scale. Needglobal coordinates, normal vector, frame number, etc, to do some mathget higher enthropy, and maybe this way you will get something close to calculate how much scalewhat you need, but in most it depends on per-pixel samples. Resulting surface looks grayish because of color mixing (look that I used 1 sample)want.
