I'm sure it won't take you a couple months - blender has a steep learning curve - that doesn't mean it's hard, it means you learn a lot really fast. By the time a couple of months have past, you'll see how "above and beyond" equates to a few minutes of messing around. But hey, i'm glad you like it. I hope it gets you a bit closer to what you're trying to accomplish. When I have some free time, I'll look into that "purple room" one. | |

I'm still a noob and it's hard for me to follow the processes you've described, but I'll keep watching tutorials with a focus on shading and nodes.
