Hope I'm able to explain my problem:
I'm hoping to animate little piezzo electricPiezo electric sticks with LED lights at their end. They are screwed onto a facade. Like electric lighters the elements should turn kinetic energy (coming from the wind) into electricity. I want to animate the LED's as part of the particle system to be only glowing when moving in the wind and being dark when standing still.
