If your UV map is scaled larger thanIn the imageUV Image Editor, itbring up the properties toolshelf with N and under willGame Properties tile.. the way to go around this is to play with, under the SizeClamp andgroup, tick OffsetX sliders underand MappingY. Setting the size(s) to smaller values will start to 'normalize' it. Even so, you will still get a tiled look, it's best to notcan now scale the UVsyour map larger than theyour image without tiling your texture.. To get optimal resultsexperiment with the other options there, use a repeating texture instead as thisthe results can be scaledvary.

If your UV map is scaled larger than the image, it will tile.. the way to go around this is to play with the Size and Offset sliders under Mapping. Setting the size(s) to smaller values will start to 'normalize' it. Even so, you will still get a tiled look, it's best to not scale the UVs larger than the texture.. To get optimal results, use a repeating texture instead as this can be scaled.
