Problems like this are usually going from bad topology. So first of all, I turn on "wireframe" in "viewport display". And i see that this is a crease. Okay, I found the answer. I deleted the face of the Object on the Mirror Plane I Accidently copied the Object and had the same Object overlap itself without noticing.


select your curve, tab -> edit mode, select one vertex and scale it up -> solved
