I read about Zero Faces. I think I have reasonably sized faces for my 15cm-sized mesh to make it smoother looking when 3D printed and even considering more subdivision. How come the 3D print toolbox says it's all zero face? Is this even something that needs to be worried about? It must have something to do with Degenerate 0.00001 because if I set it to zero then no more zero faces. I wonder what calculation is done to determine it as a zero face.

Every face in my mesh is said to be zero face. When I measure the face it is actually big enough for any 3d printer so what gives, how is this zero face computed and what is the smallest size allowed? 1cm?
