I've been struggling with a problem for a few hours now and after searching on a lot of forums I couldn't find my answer. I unwrapped this cylinder in which I applied a boolean and performed a data transfer of the normals from the cylinder without the boolean.
But once I want to rectify this island, I have this problem of uv coming off its island.
I hope I have explained my problem well.
