Instead of scrolling to scroll panel, I'd like to scroll to scroll hovered parameter slider(surface roughness for example) and ctrl+Scroll to scroll panel since many of my panels are custom and don't have a need to scroll them up and down.
Can't find it in the keymap, seems to be hardcoded.
