Animate Multiple Bending

I'm trying to figure out how to animate a multiple bend (Picture attached) And what would be the process. I have have tried - so far without success after checking many tutorials.

I would like to create a boxe that folds with rounded corner (not sharp folding)

I think a better way is to animate it with bones.

Set the bones to match the seams of the mesh.

I used a hevel and a WELD modifier for this video.

When there are so many bones, animating each bone individually is quite tedious. Therefore, using "Object Constraint" can be useful.

How to use Constraint
