What's the purpose of Keying Sets? I don't see how it's needed/how it adds or benefits normal keyframing. Watched a few videos on it but only seem to explain how to use it not why use it.

I never really looked into it; only recently started to make an attempt to find more about this feature as it has been disrupting my animation workflow(accidentally somehow ending up in keying set mode or experiencing the "keying set failed" issue)

What is a keying set and how does it fit into the animation workflow?

Did read the link above as well but I still don't get it..

Would it be possible for anyone to enlighten me on this? or explain what it is plainly?
