I have used AVI Jpeg, AVI raw, FFmpeg Video, with Matroska, Mpeg4, with H.264 and Webm, at the highest bitrates samples, ect from a 4k png strip, and they never increase in quality. The uploaded images are stills from the png strip (left) and from the highest possible quality video I could render (right).
