I have two Motion-Capture recordings of the same scene that start at slightly different timestamps, so if I import them into Blender the two animations are not in sync with each other. Is there an easy way to shift one of the animations by a certain amount of frames?

I tried to do that via the dope sheet, but it's quite hard to select all the relevant bones of one animation and move their keyframes by a specific amount of frames, primarily because the interface becomes very laggy and unresponsive. Therefore I'm wondering if there might be a better way to do that.
