basically i wanted to create a fluid simulation in which the liquid (soy sauce) pours out of a kikkoman bottle. I've already set up the domain, the flow emitter inside the bottle (tried to use both geometry and an animated inflow to make the bottle fill up with liquid, without much noticeable change in the performance) and the collision effectors (the bottle itself and the cap, both with reversed normals to make the simulation run properly).

So this is kinda working, but just kinda, in the sense that the fluid is actually appearing without any problem but:

  1. it looks like it's being "blocked" by something before it could even reach the cap, so that it can't get out;
  2. maybe it is just a silly matter of preview/visualization/stuff-like-this, but at a certain point the fluid (both particles and mesh) just disappears as if it was drained out of the bottle without being seen.

I'm not an expert of fluid simulation in blender at all, so it's very likely that i've just made a very stupid random mistake but i really can't figure out what the problem is.

and here's the .blend file

Increase your solidify-moifier to a thickness of 0.2 and bake again.
