I'm trying to create my first model in blender and I've decided to start with a relatively simple low-poly spider model. When I started to make fur on its legs and added hair particles, I noticed that some strands are facing wrong direction, even inside of the mesh sometimes:
The only solution I've managed to find online was to flip normals, but my normals are all right:
The object has the rotation and scale applied. I doubt that manually combing the wrong growing fur is an option. My problem seems to be of one nature with this one. I wonder what causes this issue and would appreciate any suggestions on how to fix or avoid it.
