I'm new to Blender and have to make instructional videos for work. I use CamStudio for the screen captures around four per finished video. I use Blender 2.8 and 2.9 for editing. There are a lot of soft cuts to take out audio that I don't want mostly ums. everything is fine in the VSE but when I render and open the file in VLC media player the video plays back faster than the audio. The last one the video was done at 8:50 of an 11-minute video. Frame rates are the set to 25 in CamStudio and in Blender and I match the resolution. AV sync is turned on. I have tried different codecs in both camstudio and Blender, and where the quality of the video changes the video always plays to fast.
