As you can see in the above picture, duplicating a collection did not be applied to show/hide condition but rendering condition.

If I duplicate a collection consisting of objects with very complex hierarchy, it's very hard to manage each show/hide conditions one by one.

So I want duplicate a collection including show/hide condions.

How can I do this?

The hide function (eye icon) works a bit differently than others.
To keep objects hidden, use the disable function (screen icon) instead.

  • $\begingroup$ Your answer is very good but disabling in viewports affects other view layers. I want manage each view layers with different show/hide condition. $\endgroup$ – 나미손 May 13 '20 at 12:15
  • $\begingroup$ I don't think that's currently possible. Hiding (eye) affects each instance locally, and disabling affects all globally. To differentiate between view layers, we'd need a whole another switch :). $\endgroup$ – Jachym Michal May 13 '20 at 14:23
