I know I did by mistake a key combination in sculpt mode but i dont know how to reset this. I just want a low poly image of this tiles: enter image description here but in sculpt mode and the rendert image (not render mode!) are smooth like u see in the picture enter image description here

I know I did by mistake a key combination in sculpt mode....

From looking at your image, and from your description, it sounds like you most likely pressed Ctrl+2 or otherwise activated the Multi-resolution Modifier while sculpting.

This modifier has separate preview/ sculpt and render settings much like the Subdivision Surface Modifier as seen in the left column of the modifier settings.

enter image description here

From the manual:

The left column of settings control the general quality generated by the modifier in various contexts.

Set the level of subdivisions to show in Object Mode. Sculpt

Set the level of subdivisions to use in Sculpt Mode. Render

Set the level of subdivisions to show when rendering. Quality

How precisely the vertices are positioned (relatively to their theoretical position), can be lowered to get a better performance when working on heavy meshes.

If the render and preview amounts do not match, you will see a different result when rendering, although performance may be improved with lower sculpt/ preview amounts in some cases.

In your specific situation however, needing a low-poly object you can simply remove the modifier. (click the x icon)
