At one side Bevel works perfectly, but with similar edge on another side is a mess.
The same problem with another edges. Bevel goes flat, verticies run along the edges.
I have no doubled verticies. Recalculating normals for all this verticies didn't helped. I have no inner faces. There are edges between all this verticies. enter image description here enter image description here enter image description here enter image description here

  • $\begingroup$ Hello :). There is a known Bevel tool bug, that causes similar behavior. Would you mind sharing your .blend file, so others can take a closer look? $\endgroup$ – Jachym Michal Jan 29 at 16:48
  • $\begingroup$ May be your object has a non uniform scale. Try to apply the scale by pressing CTRL+A in Object Mode. $\endgroup$ – FFeller Jan 29 at 17:02
  • $\begingroup$ @FFeller i've already done Ctal+A to make even bevels. $\endgroup$ – Plem Jan 29 at 18:18

It was caused by one flipped face.

The Bevel tool was confused, not knowing which way to go.
Recalculate Normals, so they're all pointing outwards.
Then the Bevel tool will work correctly.

Mesh > Normals > Recalculate Outside
