Some day I would like to buy a HardOps add on, however I decide not to do it before i understand the whole work process behind the operations performed with add-on (hard surface modeling) So I would like to know how to do it with Blender itself. So first, general question is where can I find some good knowledge about the topic? I got some knowledge with YT and self experimenting + manual, but this is not enough. More specific question: The author of the HardOps, refers (in hardops manual and his videos) to a operation called "step". It is something about stacking bevel modifiers and hiding the mesh of the object so it only affects part of the mesh ( if i understood correctly). I can't find any info about this anywhere. Seems like some kind of wizard's topic.
