I've been working on a very simple low-poly model of a robot with a floating head. In the blender view, I have an animation where the body and head bounce up and down. When I export to .fbx and view in Unity or Windows 3D Viewer the head, and only the head (not the ears) is placed directly in the torso. Why could this be happening?

Both blender file and .fbx file are in this google drive: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1cTn_328Gx1wHJfhhf1pbVq96tey9bQVE
