I'm trying to convert a single mesh 3DS file into a Collada DAE which can be used in Away3D. When I import the file into Blender and render, it looks good. However I need to get UV unwrap working (as far as I know) in order for an exported DAE to look right.

As in my title, I have a single mesh but multiple textures applied, so when I do the unwrap, the entire mesh gets mapped for every texture. This means that when I get it to DAE format and view in Away3d, I only see a single texture for the entire model. Is there an automated way to only map the vertices which show a certain texture? I am guessing it is better to start with a multi-mesh model but Away3d was having difficulty with that.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
