I am making a 'rope' using connected rigid bodies. Each small rectangle is a rigid body connected using the type 'point' which allows for rotation. 'Generic' has the same effect (https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/physics/rigid_body/constraints/index.html). However, when rotating, the rectangles rotate around the vertexes instead of the centre of the face it is connected to (see images below).

If it helps, the 'planks' are also rigid bodies connected to the smaller cuboids using connection type 'fixed' and the four small cuboids at either end are the same as the others except with 'dynamic' (in the physics tab) not ticked.

What I would like:

What I'm getting:

I assume that it favours the first one because it means that nothing intersects. Could anyone help me with this problem (note that I'm still a beginner at Blender).
