I'd like to connect two cylinders in bmesh using bridge edge loops. However, the bmesh.ops.bridge_loops function differs from bpy.ops.mesh.bridge_edge_loops missing options about number of cuts and type of interpolation.

Can I still somehow do it? Maybe with subdividing the edges of the bridge?

Here's how the result should look like: bridge edge loop settings

$\begingroup$ It may be the case that using bmesh to select the edges then running bpy.ops.mesh.bridge_edge_loops is the easiest and quickest, albeit undesirable path to result. $\endgroup$ – batFINGER Jul 22 '19 at 13:33
