I am learning the new everything inside of Blender 2.8, and I noticed that when you make a new grease pencil object, It creates two "things". I don't really know the name of them. The two things

Anyways, I would like to make another instance of the stroke "head" inside of the object "Fishbad", but every time I try to make a new grease pencil Object, it does exactly that, makes an entirely new object. When I try to drag it inside or use the join function, it doesn't work. To make this clear: I don't want to have it all in the same stroke, A.K.A. the "Head" stroke. I want to make an entirely new stroke but still inside of the Object "Fishbad". Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • $\begingroup$ Grease Pencil objects are independent of each other. But within the same GP object, it is possible to separate the lines, especially by grouping them into layers. Perhaps this could be a solution? $\endgroup$ – MBr Aug 1 '19 at 14:12
