I am editing a gameplay video with the screen recording under the recording of my peripherals (picture in picture). I was able to do this all fine, the issue is rendering. I’m not sure if what I am doing is correct.

Here are my output settings: enter image description here enter image description here

Then I click “animation” to render. enter image description here

Then it takes me to a screen where it show the rendering progress? enter image description here

The issue is it renders, but it doesn’t render the entire thing, only like 80%. I’m positive I set the correct end frame too.

Also I have a pretty good computer so it shouldn’t be a problem with the actual hardware. I’m really new to Blender so any advice is greatly appreciated.

  • $\begingroup$ OK, I tried rendering a few more times, and I was able to find it in /tmp. So now, I see a few hundred png frames of the video, one video that is synced properly but is only about half of the original length, and another video that includes the audio, video, and entire length but the audio and video is not synced. Thanks. $\endgroup$ – NeonKraken Jul 14 at 2:57
