I have a secondary line set & line style for hidden edges. I want its Alpha Transparency to 0.2, but it doesn't work.

Blender says "base alpha transparency, possibly modified by alpha transparency modifiers" but I don't have this modifier! All the ones I have is Tangent, Noise, Material, Distance from Object, Distance from Camera, Curvature 3D, Crease Angle, Along Stroke. They work for example with Thickness, but always not with Alpha.

I haven't seen any people having this alpha issue for freestyle line style. 3 hours I am on it, tweaking, testing with object material options, render options etc. I still can't find the reason of this problem.

Using Blender 2.8 with Eevee. Here is my .blend file : https://gofile.io/?c=Pram95.

Result (I want the dashed lines to be half alpha, actually they are full black, ignoring my transparency parameter) :

Thanks for your help.
