Does a tool exist that would allow me to import an arbitrary video, select/click specific markers, and export the motion as .bvh?

I'd like to capture lower-extremity movement within a dance video; a short clip someone doing the moonwalk for example. Markers I'd like to track include the knee, ankle, ball of foot, and toe tip.

The end goal is to apply the .bvh animation to a model within Blender.

Thanks in advance for any advice or direction to research!

  • $\begingroup$ Still curious if a tool exists. But in the meantime, I came across Adobe Mixamo which contains a library of animations (and characters), including the moonwalk mixamo.com/#/… $\endgroup$ – henricho99 Jun 26 at 20:57
