there is much on the net concerning lofting in blender but I just cant get a mesh to form over three bezier curves and stay attached to the bezier so I can animate the beziers with shape keys and have the mesh affected. any ideas. Blender 2.8.

  • $\begingroup$ Could you please be more precise? You want to shapekey some bezier to animate a shape? What difficulty have you met exactly? $\endgroup$ – moonboots Jun 8 '19 at 8:17
  • $\begingroup$ Yes sorry I was not precise. Here is a link to my project and its problem blenderartists.org/t/…. $\endgroup$ – ben Jun 8 '19 at 8:41
  • $\begingroup$ I have 3 animated (shapekeyed) curves. I wish to loft a mesh across the three and create an animated surface. blenderartists.org/t/… $\endgroup$ – ben Jun 8 '19 at 8:42

$\begingroup$ maybe edit your question and put as many details as you can, I guess you can do it with shapekeys, perhaps you can use bezier curve if you hook some vertices? $\endgroup$ – moonboots Jun 8 '19 at 10:04
  • $\begingroup$ ok, i did attach a link where i explain my question more - blenderartists.org/t/… , but to be more precise I have animated a curve using shape keys and have duplicated that curve a few times and staggered the animation. I wish to envoke a tool that would put a surface aross the entire three splines so that it would follow the path of the curves. $\endgroup$ – ben Jun 8 '19 at 10:43
