I checked the api for this but I have to say that what I'm looking for is poorly documented: Limited dissolve have 5 options with multiple selection blender 2.79 : Normal, Material,Seam, Sharp, UVs in bmesh method have only possibility to put one integer in delimit option(i think 0 = Normal,1 = Material, 2 = Seam,3 = Sharp, 4 = UVs) but delimit option does not accept a comma-separated list and set With blender 2.79:

bmesh.ops.dissolve_limit(bm, angle_limit, use_dissolve_boundaries, verts, edges, delimit = 0)

"delimit (int) – Undocumented."

in blender 2.8 api have changed for the better:

bmesh.ops.dissolve_limit(bm, angle_limit, use_dissolve_boundaries, verts, edges, delimit={'NORMAL','SEAM','UVs'})

Now accept a set and that is good because i can append (add) in set my option with variable:

my_var ={'NORMAL','SEAM','UVs'}
bmesh.ops.dissolve_limit(bm, angle_limit, use_dissolve_boundaries, verts, edges, delimit= my_var)
