# Add faces to a mesh to make it solid with python and bpy

Basically what I want to do is subdividing a mesh in a lot of smaller meshes, all of them sharing the same the bounding box dimensions.

Using bmesh.ops.bisect_plane I managed to have all of these meshes but some of them have holes, i.e. more than one face is missing.

I maybe want to intersect this mesh in some way with its bounding box in order to obtain a solid object like this

note that this is not the exact result that I want, in fact, here I just have an intersection with a box smaller than the hight of the mesh, the picture is just to make clear that I expect a solid object.

The real result will be a sort of box with some hollow geometries.

this is the best I've been able to do by hands.
