I just set up a new Ryzen 5 2400G build and I'm trying to figure out how to run Blender with mouse settings that are different from my system settings.

For example, in games I can set sensitivity for each individual game, and I want my system mouse and scroll speeds to be defaults for all of my programs, but I want Blender to launch with its own mouse and scroll wheel speed, acceleration and sensitivity.

I can't find anything on how to set input values specific to an active program. The main reason for wanting to set it up this way is so that when I minimize Blender to browse an image texture / tutorial I don't want to have to fumble around my system when I switch back and forth.
