I asked this question before, but no one seemed to know the answer and I couldn't find the post anymore.

I am building a camera with three 4k image sensors (technically three cameras) that incorporate a prism that splices the same camera view into three simultaneous feeds to the three different cameras/sensors.

I want to overlay these three simultaneous video images in blender and subsample the images to obtain a sharper and higher resolution video image.

Does anyone know a good workflow and solution for doing this? I can imagine this is extremely similar to 3d stereoscopic mapping for 3d movies. Keep in mind I want to go from 4k to 6 or 8k after the overlay and sub-sampling. Please help, Thank you,
