I can't find the answer to it, hence the making making of this new topic.

The problem is that I want to move a bone without the mesh that is a child of the armature. The reason I want to do this is that another piece rotates incorrectly because of the position of this one bone. If I go into edit and move it alone, the whole mesh moves with it after I exit edit mode. As I only know one fix, I had to, unfortunately, unparent every mesh item, one-by-one, and then move the armature to align to the center of the items and then re-parent everything to each bone. Is there a better way of doing this?

Thank you in advance.

Before movement: Before moving After movement but before exiting edit mode: Before exiting edit mode Exited edit mode: Exited edit mode
