What can people tell me more about using Smooth Stroke and its parameters like Radius, Factor and Input Samples? I know it's a softer choice in the brushstroke. Which brush can I see this use when I'm in the mesh? In the blender manual is not very specific.

It explains these settings in the Blender 2.79 manual. Which can be found here.

$\begingroup$ Oh, all right! But what I'm wondering is what is your study of how these items work. Do you also work with sculp mode? $\endgroup$ – Robertson Aug 29 '18 at 19:59

$\begingroup$ Smooth stroke is used to get rid of hand/mouse jitters while sculpting. Turning on smooth stroke delays the brush behind input. (Almost like a tube being towed by a boat) $\endgroup$ – Striar Aug 29 '18 at 20:56

$\begingroup$ The Input Samples you know what exactly it is, what brush can I see that working? $\endgroup$ – Robertson Aug 30 '18 at 18:42
