@moonboots I realized that if I move everything except the Camera, it doesn't break. :-) Okay, this is good. This can be a solution. It just means that any other camera work also needs to be orchestrated by manipulating Constraints while keeping the Camera at Loc:0,0,0 . And that's fine, especially since I can switch between active cameras. I guess it confused me because normally a set of interrelated objects would be grabbed and moved together, but not in this case.

None of the objects are parented to any other objects. Only Constraints are being used. (Although I tried parenting them all to a single Empty momentarily just as a test, I quickly undid this when I observed it didn't help.) | |
