Blender 2.79 not working in Windows Server 2019 on AWS cloud t2.micro

I was trying to install Blender 2.79 on WindiwsWindows Server 2019 on AWS cloud t2AWS cloud t2.micro.micro ; it It installs but does not start - neither guiGUI, nor by using "blener -b" blener -b command. The error it gives says does not have display driver or OpenGLdoes not have display driver or OpenGL. But this version ran in my laptop without graphics card. What should I do?
