I want to transform a text as seen in this video from 0:00 to 0:03. Can anyone help me?

Curve modifier
If you don't mind the letters being deformed, then you can use a curve modifier:
Add a path (ShiftA> Curve > Path) and change the tilt of the last control vertex to 90°
(CtrlT>90)Add a curve modifier to the text and select the path as the object.
Animate the path object sliding past.
